InFamous 2 Review | Warp Zoned

Warp Zoned writes:

"It’s good to be bad. But sometimes, it can also be badass to be so good. Sucker Punch’s sequel to 2009′s InFamous delivers on all fronts with its spectacular graphics, gameplay, and story. Gone is the original voice actor for Cole, the one who eats gravel for breakfast, lunch, and presumably dinner. We have a new Cole who sounds closer to a gruff version of Jay from Kevin Smith’s Askewniverse. Perhaps coincidentally, Cole’s new character model also happens to look a lot like a battle-scarred Jason Mewes. Once you’ve taken in all of the graphical and audible changes, the game bounds through the introduction and pulls a Samus Aran, wiping you clean of all but your most rudimentary powers. While this was a big annoyance, regaining powers helped me make the push through the game, dangling a carrot of electro-destruction in front of my face." (inFamous 2, PS3) 4/5

not even gonna read the review, cause i dont think a reviewer should use a 5 point rating system. Its just stupid, and on top of that, Id say it was a 5/5. If i were rating on a 10 point scale, id say it was a 9.5/10. The game is amazing and nearly flawless. Dont quit your day job reviewer : )

What's wrong with a five-point scale?
kamakaz3md  +   1461d ago
i just think the 5 point scale doesnt do a game review justice. It doesnt pinpoint accuracy. X play does it and it just doesnt seem right. For example, cliffy B was mad x play gave his game a 4/5. He said it was a 5/5. Bulletstorm wasnt a 5/5 and we all know that, cause that would make it perfect, with no problems at all. If they were to review halo it would be a 5/5. No the game isnt perfect, not many of them are. Its easier to score a game based on a 10.

But few sites score games on a scale of 10. Most of them use a 100-point scale, which is much more useless than a 5-point scale.
