TQ Author writes: I have to admit, that after the PSN outage and the free month of PS+, the service definitely grew on me. PlayStation Plus may not have all the bells and whistles, but it sure offers some great deals and games to keep you coming back for more. Now that my PS+ subscription has ended, I sort of miss the cool deals. Well, after several months of considering the upgraded and avoiding the $49.99 a year payment, I have decided to take advantage of the $40 PSN Plus subscription deal that has recently been unleashed.
It seems it was long time ago. A bunch of friends spending hours on end playing RPG games, sitting around the table with the box of cold pizza. Excited about the story, listening to the Game Master, they were completely engaged in the worlds only visible to them and their imaginations.
The GM is the programmer, and in MMOs and co-ops, you can play with others. If you want to ONLY use your imagination for the visuals, read a book.

A resounding "yes" from me.
From what I have read from IGN. Yes, yes it is. Indeeed!
I've already bought another year, $40 is too good of a deal to pass up. PS+ has saved me quite a bit of money since I bought it on launch. The discounts, free stuff, and early beta access practically pay for the subscription fee.
i have it, i saved around 100 bucks the first week. its worth it. better to get free things than paying and getting nothing.
