Apple explains App Store price increases

Apple has explained the reasons behind the recent price changes that have affected the UK App Store. The price hikes in the UK, which has resulted in 59p games now costing 69p, is down to changes in foreign exchange rates and local tax laws.

"We made some minor pricing adjustments due to changes in foreign exchange rates and local tax laws," Apple told VideoGamer.com this morning.
