The 3DS Needs A Checkup

I dunno, maybe it's simply the problem I'm having - it just doesn't interest me. Few of the games look that good, and the ones that do aren't enough for me to buy a whole new portable. The 3D gimmick just doesn't do it for me - it's cool, but not cool enough.

Awesome article. Personally I'm enjoying my 3DS.

Originally the DS didn't interest me at all either, but over time it just built up such an awesome library that I ended up giving in and loving it.

I expect the 3DS will be the same. The software may be off to a slow start, but it won't stay that way. Like the DS, the 3DS will likely be a bastion of niche games that don't get as much attention on the home consoles these days (like actually good JRPGs, for instance).

3DS is going to build up steam slowly but surely - we've already seen it happening for the last couple months.
