Spong Gives 98% To Super Mario Galaxy

Just when Spong thought the old Nintendo might never reappear and they would be left with a future of non-games, Super Mario Galaxy turns up to slap them in the face and remind them that Nintendo does still know how to make games for its loyal fans. This is the glorious rebirth of the platformer and proof, if needed, that Wii is more than a novelty. (Super Mario Galaxy, Wii) 98/100

Good game....
Mario Galaxy + Guitar Hero III + Wii Sports= A reason to buy a Wii this Christmas.

Now... with that said... This is Mario, and if you're not in love with the last few Mario titles, this isn't for you.

It doesn't innovate much as far as Mario is concerned, but it's fun to play.
I've only had about 2 hours of play time with this game, but I will definitely be playing it to the end when I'm not playing Halo 3.

It has some stiff competition for GOTY, but it is a great game.

OMG look at the SMG reveiws
surely nintendo is paying all the reviewers off like microsoft no game like this and bioshock deserves great reviews <sarcasm>

Gamespot have tough reviewers like EDGE both reviews stated that ratchet was a good game but didn't do any new and it was linear and to quote edge 'ratchet and clank should be renamed guns and environments' and 'there's not a single groundbreaking concept among it all everything s just sleek honed and excessive enough to be tremendous entertainment'
good game nothing new just a pretty PS2 game

I'll bet you this and Drakes will score well on gamespot and COD4(PS3) and Little big planet.
