IGN: PlayStation Move Ape Escape Review

Back in the day Ape Escape was Sony's way to showcase their new Dualshock technology. The game was a tech demo expanded into a fun and fast-paced game. There would have been some nice symmetry if Sony used the franchise to showcase PlayStation Move. Instead, a year after the device launched, Sony releases PlayStation Move Ape Escape, a short, boring, on-rails shooter that is the opposite of what Ape Escape should be.

The story is too old to be commented.

I loved Ape Escape, why haven't they made a new solid entry yet?

Flop...

NO, this game is magnificent! A 4 is a solid entry.

@Dark360 I like how you only appear when a PS3 game gets a bad score. Grow up
OT: I would buy it but i dont like the price =/ Maybe when it drops

played the demo it's crazy accurate would be a great and simple game to buy for the younger ones. $20.00 isn't a bad buy, as an adult though i'd prefer to see a true ape escape platforming game like the good old days. I guarantee though if this game came out for kinect it'd be viewed in a totally different way.

I thought the demo sucked balls, but my son liked it. Its not really an adult game, which is where reviewing these types of games gets tricky.

It would be even worse on Kinect without any controls. Yet reviews will probably give it a higher score for some reason (or not).
