That's debatable...

Some of the cities in Assassin's Creed I & II were pretty awesome...even though they're real cities.

Empire City and New Marais from the inFamous series are also phenomenal.

City 17 from Half-life?

I agree, I think it's amazing that I could visit some of the places that I have been jumping across in a video game. Maybe spot a hieroglyph, lol.

As a portrayal of an inhabited and bustling city, Liberty City in GTA4 takes the prize so far. As a cool and atmospheric setting for a game, Rapture is the winner. The previous statements are my opinion, but this statement is a fact.
