The State of the Industry by Nintendo's Numbers (32 Graphs)

Nintendo president and CEO Satoru Iwata and other senior management held an investor briefing last Friday on October 26, 2007, aimed at Western investors. The goal was to explain in depth the company's financial results, sales trends, and future strategies.

Gamasutra has extracted over thirty slides from the 40-minute presentation, looking over regional sales for the Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, and Wii, as well as data for several individual software titles. The presentation has graphs tracking hardware and software sales transitions for all consoles and portables: GameCube, PS2, PS3, Xbox, Xbox 360, Wii, Game Boy Advance, PSP, and DS.

The article is ten-page long, mostly filled with charts and graphs. Each page has brief descriptions to explain the pictures.
