Staying Faithful: Continuing Your Romance with Liara in Mass Effect 2

Continuing your romance with Liara in Mass Effect 2 may seem almost impossible if you don't know what you're doing. It is a lot easier to romance a different character but if you play the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC it's a lot easier to ensure that your romance with Liara extends to Mass Effect 3.

So, it is possible, eh?

Assuming she was your choice.

I heard that people wanted to tap Tali just as bad (which you can in ME2).

Of course, Bioware is taking a page from Dragon Age 2's playbook for ME3 and allowing male Shepard to be a homosexual. I'm not sure how THAT will work NOW, but if anyone can when they had two previous MEs where Shepard was anything but gay, Bioware could pull it off somehow.

I tapped both Liara & Tali, the human girls were bitches besides your assistant in ME2.

LotSB was a brilliant piece of DLC , especially for people who had romanced Liara in the original Mass Effect.

Roll on ME3

I read something during E3 that if Shepard has different love interest in both ME1 and ME2, Shepard will have to choose between them in ME3.

Also, if you play through ME2 without any love interest, after surviving the suicide mission, you can still pursuit a love interest then. Of course, if you want to keep faithful to your ME1 partner, just don't import post suicide mission save into ME3.
