Hardcore Gaming: What Is Taking It Too Far?

Nowadays, it’s so easy to just sit down and either pop on the console, spend a few hours on the pc, or have a good console session. It is also one of the easiest things to lose track of time. One minute you’re dropping the disk in your Xbox and hopping online, the next its four hours later and you’re trying to work out what just happened. Some people however can’t control their level of gaming, so at what point does an intense amount of gaming become too much, perhaps becoming an addiction?

Absolutely, I've played bro-op since my brothers could play games. We've sold, erased, stolen and hijacked each other's accounts since day one. Usually someone get's beat down.
