Stereoscopic 3D on PS3: Updated List of All 3D Games and Movies

Playstation Blog: Affordable 3D gaming was a reoccurring theme at this year’s PlayStation E3 keynote, whether it was the announcement of PlayStation’s upcoming 3D Gaming Display and redesigned 3D glasses. But even with more sophisticated and affordable 3D technology, we need 3D games to play and 3D movies to watch. I was at the Montgomery Hill Mall yesterday in PA, played Motorstorm in 3D in a Mammoth store. 106 inch pre-production 3D tv.

Have to say it was awesome. The glasses even felt nice over my prescription glasses. The 3D was subtle for the most part, but when objects started flying towards you it seemed like they were coming off the screen quite a bit.

You were at the Montgomery Mall? Small world, I live in Philadelphia. Anyway, I read the comment section on the PS Blog and it seems a mix reaction to 3D. I gotta say after experiencing 3D for well over a month, its amazing. I have a 55in LED 3D 240hz Sony Bravia with 3D games KZ3, Socom4, GT5, Tumble, Pain, UC3, Enslaved, Wipeout HD, Hustle Kings, Super Stardust, Sly Collection, and Virtua Tennis 4 and all look great in 3D. I don't consider anything that adds to the experience a gimmick. Its amazing playing Tennis with the court view option on playing in 3D. All Im saying is embrace 3D as long as it does NOT take away from the NORMAL gameplay elements and experiences of any game. I believe UC3 will showcase some amazing 3D effects when the game launchs.

I have to say I'm jealous, I have a small collection of 3D enabled games but haven't acquired a 3D television yet.

Also what part of Philadelphia? I live in South West Philadelphia, by Bartram High School.
