Yasumi Matsuno Reportedly Joins Level-5

Andriasang: The hot industry rumor surfacing from this week's Famitsu concerns Yatsumi Matsuno, the creative mastermind behind such games as Tactics Ogre, Vagrant Story and Final Fantasy XII. Famitsu reveals that Matsuno has become an employee of Level-5, maker of the Professor Layton and Inazuma Eleven series. (Industry, Level-5, Yasumi Matsuno)

Level-5 and Atlus are now the best JRPG makers, they just to bring their games to the HD generation.

nah. Purchase of Eidos saved them. Deus Ex, Tomb Raider, Hitman all look awesome. Plus they have more games coming. They are turning to the west. Old SE is dead. You will see almost complete switch to western style of games. Except for milking of FF for few more years until it dies.

Hopefully he will enhance the quality of Level 5's games. They haven't been bad this gen, but not that great either.
