Modern Warfare 3 Single-Player Preview: More Of The Same - MMGN.com

MMGN writes: Heading into the small, dark demo room of Activision's behind-closed-doors E3 showing of Modern Warfare 3, I was cautiously optimistic about what I was about to see.
Optimistic because I, admittedly, love Call of Duty.
Cautious because I, like many others, anticipate the same old Call of Duty.
Unfortunately, my caution was justified, because what I saw did anything but leave me with a lasting impression of Modern Warfare 3's single-player.

I wasn't expecting Activision to put effort into creating a new experience. Key word EFFORT.

when you say effort, you mean development budget...activision has nothing to do with the development of the game, that belongs to the 3 studios working together, yet i doubt they have the creative and artistic freedom to do what they want to the game....Activision figured out the CoD formula...why mess with something that makes them over a billion dollars with each release

the moment a publisher starts getting involved thinking they know whats best is when a game begins to suffer and the dev team gets the burden of dealing with alienated fans....

Activision owns Infinity Ward and Treyarch, so I just include them as a whole.
