Hunted: The Demon’s Forge promised us an unforgettable, traditional fantasy-action co-op RPG in a dark and foreboding world. It is all of these things, with the exception of unforgettable.
A 4.3?! That seems a bit harsh. I didn't play anywhere close to the full game but the taste I got seemed to be a 6 with possibly a hint of 7 floating around in there...
This may be the most comprehensive review I have ever read in my entire life. Man I was truly considering buying Hunted, but not so much anymore.
I was really thinking about playing this. The co-op feature sounded great. Now I think I may have more fun just burning the 50 bucks.
Believe me, I rarely pre-order lackluster games.. but this... this game is just bad. So yes, put that $50 towards something better, my friend!
i regret even paying $30 for this game. i wish i could have bought it for $20, thats what its worth to me.
I paid $65 CDN for it... luckily, my EB Games had a credit promotion, so I could get 100% value back, if I traded it in within 1 week. I bought the game on Day 1 release... traded it back the next day... I ended up putting the money towards Shadows of the Damned. I think it will be worth it... way more than Hunted that's for sure!
lol lucky you. not that hunted is a really bad game though, it has its strengths too. also got shadow of the damned for $30 and yes its hella worth it. almost done with this awesome game
That seems like a bit of a harsh rating. But judging by the overuse of the genre it is a bit warranted.
