Game Podunk blogger, RDAwesome writes, "When it comes to media, the two most important things to me are story and character. Whether it be movie, book or game, I want to be drawn in by it. It's for this reason that I prefer the action/adventure and, to a greater degree, RPG genres in games. Unfortunately, these genres (especially RPGs) are afflicted with a terrible and awesome thing: Cutscenes. Whoa, whoa, hey, calm down, calm down. I'm not saying that I hate cutscenes, let me explain! I actually like cutscenes. It's just that most cutscenes have some super-issues, ones that, were they addressed, would make games a much more fulfilling and cohesive experience."
