Ghost Recon Future Soldier Co-op Gameplay Footage from E3 2011 (Hooked Gamers)

HookedGamers: One of the videos I most enjoyed filming during E3 was the one I did of Ghost Recon Future Soldier. I've always been a Clancy fan but being able to actually play through the game's E3 demo with associate producer Alexandre Moufarek was an especially surprising treat.

That looks like a good time.

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to this game. Ubisoft has done an excellent job on the Tom Clancy series lately.

What separates Ghost Recon from those other shooters. Is not just that it is in 3rd person. But you (or you alone) are needing to plan smart combat maneuvering attacks on your hostiles. Instead of guns blazing or being lead by the hand. Knowing lives (hostages) are in danger if you don't use your head. Makes the experience more realistic as well.

I am a veteran ghost recon gamer, I have to see more. I am not impressed yet.

Well, Ubi has bought me with this one. They know how to shell out very good titles and I'm sure this one isn't gonna be any different. I enjoy a good co-op game and it's looking like this one is gonna provide. I do think that the animations need a little shaping up; imo, they're too quick to be realistic. A couple months of polish should make this a AAA game for sure. Day 1 buy for me.

I have to say the cover mechanic looks really derpy and just to easy....Hold A to run to that piece of cover? really?! thats just like hitting fast forward on a remote and not to mention the animation looks really awkward and quite unrealistic.

I also dont like the regen health, you should have to get health regened by a squad medic but I do like the supression feature and the team marking positions by pressing A is a nice touch.

Looks not bad but not a justifyable purchase with all the games late this year.
