An image has appeared showing how the Wii U and the controller can be used to display Castlevania.
Wouldn't you rather have the map on the handheld and the gameplay on the screen?
Yeah maybe, although suppose it wouldn't matter how far your TV was away or if it was turned on too much. Although, they could have the gameplay on the screen and swap to tablet when TV is off?
Another castlevania game with 2D side scrolling gameplay action with beautifully 3D rendered levels ect..is a winner in my books!
So long as it's reasonably priced.
Totally in agreement, though if Nintendo ramps up the cost of games, it's going to have to be a seriously good Castlevania game for me to ship out $60.
I would want the map, menues on the controller, and maybe a quick change quick tap on the screen. And everything else on the tv
Bring Castlevania to Wii U in 2.5D with EPIC backgrounds and character abilities. Make the enemies smart and the bosses EPIC.
If Castlevania Judgment taught me anything, it's that I will buy anything if it's Castlevania.:P
Castlevania symphony of the night 2 anyone?
I think its a brilliant idea, finding your way in those 2d games sometimes was a little confusing and having to check your map all the time is a pain this will make the game flow much better, I'm all in for more 2d metroid.
If they make a Wii U Castlevania game, I want them to take a long look at what Retro Studios did with Donkey Kong Country Returns. That's how you do a 2.5D game in the era of 3D worlds.
That's not being very green is it,being able to see a full level on ur tv when ur actually playn the game on the controller hahahahaha
I didn't know that superimposing pictures counted as news.
