I just hope it is like the old Hitman games where you have to plan and use stealth not run around shooting people. I remember some levels where I never even fired a single shot. Those games rewarded tactics, the intense situations of being around the "mark" and waiting till they were alone were way more satisfying than running in and spraying lead everywhere.
