IGN - The Next Neverwinter

IGN - There's a reason Cryptic's Neverwinter isn't called Neverwinter Nights 3. According to Jack Emmert, CEO of Cryptic, "Neverwinter represents a different style of game than the others. This is an online, co-operative RPG with a large focus on the online aspect. Therefore it is different than the other two. Also, I'm a big believer in simplicity. As far as I can figure, Neverwinter Nights games were about Neverwinter -- I have no idea why it was night time. So why not just call it Neverwinter."

The story is too old to be commented.

Online? Probably a Subscription Fee, but that makes it good.

Hope not.
Neverwinter is best played single, imo.

I would be giddy for this game if it wasn't being made by Cryptic. They have stated they are making a lot of changes to their studio and how they make their games, but I will believe it when I see it. Still looking out for this though.

And it's not going to be a full MMO, it'll be more akin to something like Diablo in terms of online.

Same here. Love the D&D. But Cryptic's games aren't really games I've enjoyed.

Let's just see where this is heading.

Lol, in case you're wondering. No it isn't going to stop. :)

Maybe you'll learn to play nice.
