Hideo Kojima Talks Transfarring, Burger King

Andriasang: Hideo Kojima's Transfarring concept is all about synching up save data between a console and a portable. In all the examples we've seen so far, both sides of the synch have been Sony product, but Kojima has not ruled out the possibility of Xbox 360 support too.

Two beef patties topped with a chicken patty?? Wtf is that? Thats not on the menu at any Burger King I've ever been to. Sounds pretty good, but really big and unhealthy. Its cool to know that he just likes to chill like a normal person though.

iceman062748d ago IS Japan. They have a way of taking our stuff and turning it on it's head. Wait until you see the restaurant that serves nothing but products made of mayonnaise...including a shake!!! LOL

PS3 NGP connectivity confirmed. "One follower requested that he make the Xbox 360 versions of Metal Gear Solid HD and Zone of the Enders HD support Transfarring just like their Sony counterparts." What a dumb request, what is it suppose to be able to transfer to?

lol thats exactly what i want to know. This tranfarring is meant to be utilized with console and handheld. Unless MS has a handheld in the works then they are SOL.
Also didn't know MGS1 was published by Microsoft Game Studio (prob for windows version) and Konami.
Which is kind of funny when you look at Microsoft Game Studio like this: MGS

Windows Phone 7 is the only possible thing I could see it working with for 360, but I don't think that will be happening.

360 to NGP, is that so hard to believe?

I think it's possible, but if Sony or MS will allow it is the question.

I'm dying to hear the final details of this. I've heard that the HD versions will be downloadable, and I've also heard that MGS1 comes in the form of a download voucher in Japan, and that the PSP version of Peace Walker comes with the PS3 version.

It would be amazing if buying the HD collection on Blu-Ray outside of Japan somehow gave us access to NGP/PSP versions of all, or any of the downloadable versions. Getting MGS1, MGS2, MGS3, and Peace Walker all playable on PS3 and NGP from buying one $60 package would be huge. The transfarring thing is cool, but I don't think most people will bother to buy two copies of each.

XBOX360 support? So Microsoft is going to have a portable or does this mean that the saves can transfer from the 360 to the NGP?
