We played Mass Effect 3. Find out how BioWare is redefining the sci-fi epic's combat.
Grenades are back, awesome. It was weird having ME1 with grenades and ME2 didn't.
Awesome, I really missed the grenades. Now I must read this article. Now I've read it I'd rather have the old remote grenades back :(
just having a tighter combat experience along with a gripping conclusion is going to be something. The way he desribed how he took down the enemies in one solid motion tells me everything works smoothly. I was always wondering why CQC was so limited to a slap or a pistol whip when you're supposed to be badass.
considering that me2 had smoother combat tham me1. But I hope they also add some of the RPG stuff from the first one. I hope it has xp for killing each enemy, missions where you use the hover tank and go on foot, more types of weapons and armor, and weapon and armor statistics so you can compare them. Im glad that they brought back grenades even if they are different than ME1 nades. And the tech blades and new melee sounds good too. Im glad that they made the movement better as me2 could be a little clunky still. Im sad it got delayed but this year seemed too early for it anyways and I'm sure it will be better with the delay.
I doubt XP for battles will return since Bioware said they were cutting even more "unnecessary stats" from ME2, plus they confirmed we will have a vehicle but it won't be one we've used before.
