Geof Keighley Just Tweeted: See the first Demo of Mass Effect 3 next Mon! Tune into SPIKE TV for the first look at ME3 from E3 3:30p ET/12:30p PT http://bit.ly/m343VK
And Spike continues to slap G4 in the face LOL....
gametrailers decided to partner with spike...if anything G4 and GT are competitors to one another...why would they go to G4
Executive producer for the Mass Effect series Casey Hudson, tweeted this "Can't comment on the Kinect rumors. On an unrelated note, I just flew to the Citadel and boy are my arms tired." Pretty easy to decipher but I wonder what other functionality Kinect will have in ME3. Cant wait for monday.
I doubt it will be a huge feature seeing as it's on PS3 too but it's disappointing that they feel the need to include Kinect stuff in the game. If any of the achievements are Kinect based I will sadface.
Exactly, I think that they will only implement Kinect with the Normandy. I trust Bioware so there must have been a compelling reason to add Kinect and we don't have to wait long to see if they fail or not. Completely agree with the achievements, that would be terrible.
To be honest the only part where having a kinect type control would make sense is the galaxy map, but otherwise there's no real point in using kinect for me3.
You guys ever stop to think that Kinect is optional.
Thank you LocO_o I was getting worried that nobody had any common sense in this thread. To they misinformed above.... KINECT WILL BE OPTIONAL. IT'S NOT MANDATORY. YOU DON'T NEED TO USE IT NOR WILL YOU NOT OWNING A KINECT SYSTEM IMPACT YOUR GAMING WHILE PLAYING ME3. And Kinect will be great for all the mini hack games that are in ME3.
We will see what they have done with Kinect soon enough. Trying to speculate will only lead to people pretending to know what can and can not work, then trying to predict how it will be used. Then you have the Kinect sucks crowd of course. What I feel safe in saying is that what ever they use Kinect for, it will be optional. For those a bit slow, that means you do not have to use Kinect in the 360, PS3 or PC version.
