The RC review is a PERFECT example showing that reviews are just simply about opinions. There are a lot of people really like this game and they think RC deserved a good score. And there is this guy who reviewed RC. He didn't like it and the game wasn't "challenging" enough for him so he gave RC a really low score.
Bad reviews don't mean bad games.

Game reviews are supposed to be from gamers in the same community we are. People that can honestly recommend a game, or point out its major flaws. Gamespot is a attention seeking whore who wants to gain traffic by calling attention to itself.

It has a guy reviewing R&C that has never given ANY GAME in 150 reviews a 9 or above. All of his reviews are mainly sports games... I mean I am not a huge fan of Madden08, I doubt I'd be qualified to give an in depth review about the game outside of if its fun or not to a layman.

I wonder how much MS paid them for advertising to have Halo3 plastered everywhere whenever you wanted to see screen-shots of non sony games. The best nerd-news i've got today was that my account was banned after voicing my opinion.

Everyone says that Reviews are just opinions, which they are. But when they are trying to sell people subscriptions and services, you expect a standard ethic from the company. They love to agree with the Average Rating for 360 games, and disagree with Average rated ps3 games.

And ratchet 7.5? Get a grip already. Seriously, Ace Combat 6 is a huge yawner. The demo was enough to make me skip this one too, as I've skipped the last 5 games of the series. And talking about Demo's, I don't know what could have gone wrong at gamespot with ratchet, as the demo was a good one. But it's gamespot, I guess...

One thing I can say about gamespot is that they grade hard and they don't listen to anyone's hype. If you get a 9 or higher from gamespot, you're doing pretty good.

As for the RC review, I must say, I agree with Gamespot. I don't really see what all the buzz is all about. haha, gamespot also almost single handedly knocked RC out of the 90s on metacritic. Whew, that was close huh?

Edit: Those out there that keep say MS is paying reviewers to give PS3 game a low scores, you sound pretty lame. I know girls with bigger balls...haha Stop making excuses and deal with it. Not all reviewers have to like what you like.

I also think that the 8.5 score for this game from Gamespot makes it a must have for me. Because if they gave it an 8.5 then I'm sure it's good.

Has it ever occured to you retards that Gamespot have lots of different reviewers? The one who reviewed Ace Combat 6(Kevin VanOrd) isn't the same person that reviewed Ratchet & Clank(Aaron Thomas).

And I'm pretty sure the dude who reviewed Ace Combat 6 would never dream of comparing it's score to that of a totally different game, like R&C. And vice versa of course.

Well for starter ps3 out for 11 month, i am sure when 3FIXME box came out there are million of games of "AAA" "roll eye". With the 0 game part either u r blind or just ignorant, compare 360 and ps3 holiday line up 360 have only one exulsive game mass effect ps3 exulsive line up is too long i am not to brother type, and with the 8.5 games there are 4 of them look up metacritic yourself.
