One of this years most hotly awaited games was upon us last week. LA Noire for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 is the newest title from critically acclaimed studio Rockstar. With amazingly high levels of production and a new face mapping technique, the big question has to be asked. Is it actually a good game to play?
There is no questioning the production and effort that RockStar have instilled into every frame of LA Noire. The sets are epic, the characters are fully fleshed and three dimensional. It is a recreation of the 1940′s, set in Los Angeles and it is formed around a tale of corruption and betrayal. The environments are beautifully designed and rendered and there are so many vehicles and buildings that it really is hard to get it all down on paper.
