That's what I said. I guess they think that by using the viewer mode some sick depraved pedo will whack off to the screen or something. I don't get it...

1. the characters are under 18? japan wtf?

2. Law makes sense in terms of protecting children, it isnt videogame specific...all a lawyer has to do is convince a court that the game falls within the limits of the law, which seems that it can be done by reading the article

nothing that can be really done when the system operates like this

I understand the law, I am a 10 year veteran of the LAPD myself. But sometimes vague laws like the ones in Sweden are too broad and can hurt the overall effectiveness of the law. Really, I could understand if the game featured the characters in sexual situations, but just because someone can use the viewer to look upskirt, so to speak, that was an unintended use of the feature and the product is being hurt because of the absurd strictness of the law. I get what the law is trying to do, I really do, but it crosses the line way too much in my personal and professional opinion.

Can`t we Scandinavians just import from uk? I mean who needs a crappy swedish cover anyway; "Död eller levande".
They tend to translate everything to the most embarrassing titles.
