Scrawl: "Square Enix held a Dissidia Duodecim: Final Fantasy battle tournament in Japan this morning, where attendees were treated to a twenty-minute live demonstration of Final Fantasy Type-0. The event was broadcasted online on Nico Nico Douga."
What with the FFVII music? Now Square's even reusing music from past games because they now lack creativity? But at least it seems like the game's not gonna be a one way corridor of death like FFXIII... Another thing is that this game reminds me to Zero no Tsukaima because of the clothes and wizardry stuff.
Also dissidia's music, whatever, it looks really good
"What with the FFVII music? Now Square's even reusing music from past games because they now lack creativity?" Alot of game series reuse the same/similar music, Halo, FF, KH, Mario, and Pokemon. For the "lack creativity" I enjoy having Cid, and the hard to get Ribbon in almost every FF game.
There is no FFVII music in this game... The only possible common songs are the prelude, victory fanfare, and chocobo theme.
The prelude represents the franchise as a whole. It's not just from FFVII. Also this was shown right after a Dissidia tournament.
Looks like what FFXIII should have been. Hopefully this will be a return to the FF we know and love. I will surely be buying an NGP to catch up with all the excellent PSP titles I have missed out on.
i would of prefered a battle system like final fantasys (ff7,ff8, ff10)
It looks more open than Final Fantasy XIII. I like the combat system. Can't wait. Probably be my last PSP title.
Can someone tell me is it Type O or Type 0 is it the number or letter?
Zero - the number
Oh my god. If this had an ATB-like battle system it would be an ACTUAL FF game. One that makes XIII look like the amateur effort it was.
Battle system looks so good especially the boss fight with the behemoth at the end. Looks better than turn based battles to me. It looks like you can control different characters and also looks more realistic.
i thought it was a harry potter game the way they run around in them cloaks.
