Gamer's Corner writes; "There aren't too many maps shipping with the game, only five or six and a similar number of modes which unlock as you go past level 7. The maps however are very large and make good use of 32 players at once. Like the single player, graphically it is a bit weak, especially when you get up on high with a sniper rifle, distant objects do look a little blocky and basic. The engine isn't throwing around as many polygons as Bad Company 2, nor is it as crisp - it also doesn't have the building destruction engine of BC2 nor the bullet penetration that COD boasts. Technically then, there is work to be done by Kaos on the engine if there is to be a Homefront 2."
