We Are Not Robots: Jason’s Gaming History | That Gamer Hub

"A long time ago in a— no wait, that opening has been taken. Okay never mind, I have a better one.
Our story begins in the slightly chilly, yet hospitable, basement of my parent’s Pennsylvania home. It was the early 1990s, and we had to use our imaginations for 90% of our entertainment. One day, I became very interested in the old Atari system. The old girl took up residence under a small CRT television that had been living on a rickety old TV stand for several years. It was a device that was so advanced it required only a stick and one button to operate. My folks got it working for me and it was on this Atari that I got my first taste of video games. Donkey Kong, Space Invaders, Centipede and Pac-Man all helped whittle away the days when I couldn’t be outside chasing the neighborhood cats."

-Jason from That Gamer Hub (Donkey Kong , iPad, Nintendo DS, PC, The Legend of Zelda, Xbox 360)
