Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City Will Have A Story-Driven Single Player Campaign

Upon the revelation of Slant Six’s Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, fans were worried that they would be met with a purely multiplayer- focused title in their beloved franchise. Not just that, but this strong online focus lead many to believe that the actual single-player campaign will serve as nothing more than a tutorial of sorts to the multiplayer, with some cut-scenes thrown into the mix and, of course, the scenarios in which you can execute classic Resident Evil characters. Thankfully, according to the game’s producer Masachika Kawata, that’s not going to be the case at all.

No shit. However I think fans are more concerned as to whether there will be any HORROR in this poor-excuse of a Resident Evil game.

I miss the old-school resident evil feel...*dog smashes through the window* ... I'm a PS3 user and I like RE5 because I like Gears but can't play it. It was a fun co-op action shooter. I still feel they should have left of the RE part. Because it isn't Resident Evil. I'll probably get this game but the RE fan in me will always feel let down.
