New authorship clues in Sony attack whodunnit

According to web logs that Sony had been leaking for months prior to the attack someone from a US Department of Defense IP from the 214.0.0.0/8 netblock had probed Sony's systems for two weeks prior to the intruders gaining access. (Industry, PS3, Sony)

SO since the link is general and not to the actually article, they are claiming the department of defense has overdone it's job, and went out to spy on people via psn? I can believe it since we shouldn't be around.

It was a proxy.

It was Osama bin Laden. That's why Kevin Butler and his Socom buddies went with their Sharpshooters to get him.

"It would seem, from what we've heard, that it is possible they didn't exercise due care," he said in an interview with CNET. "If you park your car in a high-crime area and leave the doors unlocked and the keys in the ignition, you are being careless when you should know better. That makes you somewhat culpable for the losses."

I can't see that being a popular statement.

Like I'm gonna believe anything from a sensational news tv station. More lies from desperate websites fishing for hits.
