Assassin’s Creed Revelations: Ezio’s Journey Comes To An End

Alex Hilhorst writes, "Last week Ubisoft finally unveiled the title and protagonists of this year’s upcoming Assassin’s Creed game, as well as teasing fans with a single screenshot. Entitled Assassin’s Creed: Revelations and billed as the final chapter in the Ezio Auditore trilogy, the game will find an even older Ezio (he was age 48 by the end of Brotherhood) retracing his ancestor Altaïr’s footsteps in an Ottoman-controlled Constantinople. Though the developer has said little about the game so far, we do know that Ezio, Altaïr and Desmond will all be playable characters and it seems to be implied that game time will be divvied up equally among the three heroes. There’s also a new weapon/tool that Ezio can be seen with in the screenshot; called the hook blade, it’s a somewhat bizarre-looking attachment to the hidden blade that appears to be a tool useful in Ezio’s climbing and free-running. I would play Assassins Creed games till the day I die

Ubisoft has already said they plan to turn AC into a annual franchise with a release every year. This will probably continue until we see a major drop in sales.
