We're still "not attempting to monetize" Call of Duty online - Activision

OXM UK: Activision Blizzard has told investors that the Call of Duty online platform in development at Beachhead studio will be "integral" to next year's release, but that the publisher has no plans to charge for anything "that currently comes as part of the value proposition of buying the game".

The story is too old to be commented.

It's just a matter of time, imo.

Completely free then like Guild Wars?

Oh wait. DLC content map packs and characters, and missions I forsee in the future. Surely they won't be free.

I like how they mention. Its essential to next year's release. Next year Call of Duty = MMO? what?
