Gamertag Radio writes: "Activision Blizzard is prepping another Call of Duty, according to their earnings call today, but it may not be entirely what many were expecting."
They Have way to many flaws in there games to Charge a Monthly Fee, but if they fix them I'd pay a Small Fee for it
That's like buying a airplane ticket then paying a small fee to fix the plane so it flies. I wouldn't pay anything.
Then you wouldn't be getting very far on your airplane.
Ill wait see what comes of it
you mean you would pay a sub for them to fix their bugs with map updates? wowwww I've said this before and I'll say this again "you can thank the casuals of console gaming for this. All they know how to do is flash their credit card at the mention of something gaming related. " Casual gaming is years behind in the online gaming dept. What is standard and an afterthought for pc gamers is a novelty and glorious for console casuals. There will be a WoW-like mmo on consoles and Activision knows this. Just they are going to completely rape the consumer in the process of trying to get there.
i called it long time ago... Good move Activision
In the end it comes down to the consumer in determining if something like this will succeed. We need to unite and tell them no!
Its been known for awhile they were making a CoD version for China. MMO games and other online games over in China all use micro-transaction like this and its very big in profit for devs and compaines that run internet cafes. This isn't something new or trying to make Activision seem even more greedy. This is how online gaming is ran over China. Its also harder for Chinese to get a hold of western games because a lot don't get published over their and so everyone plays them at internet cafes.
it's obvious what they are trying to do.. for those who dont know well let me explain. activision is trying to push COD on a country with an addiction to online gaming (mostly mmo's and rpgs)with a population of 1+ billion. if this is true this cod iteration will be like an rpg/mmo leveling/progression type game. again considering if this is true at all.
