Metal Gear Solid 4 put the playstation 3 on the map with super detailed graphics, story telling, and unique action. During the PSN crisis many website outlets are taking shots at Sony but the great thing is that Sony is already prepared to fire back at the naysayers and continue to provide great experiences for their loyal fan base.
After E3 you will see how powerful Sony is along side the great Hideo Kojima.
his name is there
just go to the front page find this article in the list of posting and on the right on the comment link it says his name.
anyway, i think, Nintendo will have an interesting E3 with 2 new systems out
will show his new exclusive game at Sony's E3 press conference.
Will it be MGS:PW 2, a game that can be play both on the PS3 and the NGP?
Or will it be ZOE 3?
Or, did Kojima finally decided to take his incredible story writing skills and used it on Suikoden 6, to make the best JPG ever?
Alright, let me try to predict the gaming future.
I sense that it will soon come out a CoD game and a new Metal Gear gaming is coming out in under the next 5 years. Seriously, every game is getting a sequel sooner or later.
That's serious BS skill!!!
Personally, I couldn't have done that if I tried....
HHG is mad or butt-hurt...
don't be disturbed by two weeks without psn, it doesn't change the facts that 2011, like 2009, 2010, sony will have "the last laugh" (console, software, blurays sold and best library)
He took credit for the Halo remake when that had been talked about by many already. The funny thing is, that game hasn't actually been announced (officially) so he took credit for something that is still a rumour!
This is another great example. After E3 he'll take credit for this, even though it's fairly obvious that Kojima is due to announce another game soon and more than likely, going from past experiences, a Sony presentation is the most obvious choice. It's not like he even says what game it is.
I can play this game too. "Ubisoft to announce new game at E3. Could be a new Rainbow Six game?". "Sony to announce new sequel to Warhawk at E3?", "Microsoft will show off a new game from Lionhead that potentially won't be a Fable game at E3".
But i suposse all you need is a cam and some stage passes and you can claim to be legit and have access to so called classified info.
But if there's one thing i give him credit on, is that he is very optimistic about what he says. But i am sure no major sites take him serious regardless of what his accomplishments might be up to this point.
To them he is probably non existant and to those who notices him he is seeing as unproffessional.
I mean the guy doesnt even have an office, he shoots these things from his apartment. You go figure.
The thing that obviously backs up what you are saying here is when he starts holding back and clapping his hands saying "i cant confirm this yet, but what i am hearing?" Yooo shitz crazy son!!!
Thats the sign of obvious bullshit, like the same with the old... "i spoke to an insider which wishes to remain anonymous on the whole situation"
Thats one of those escape clauses he and many like him abuse to death on the daily basis.
HHG turns out being right often enough to warrant attention.
He did PROVE that Kratos would be in MK9. Not to mention information regarding GOWIV. I wouldn't rule him out even if he's the master of flamebaiting.
-End statement
EDIT: Replied to the wrong person, it was meant @Nitrowolf2 right under.
not sure if serious.
Dont really matter that much, I just like the sound of that.
I'm sure I'll get random disagrees, and people would say they wouldn't watch it....but you know they'd be like "alright I guess I'll check it out..." while pretending they hate it
yeah dude, whatever you say... lol
Did you not read what you wrote?
"he is speaking truth right now"
"He is talking about how the industry turned their back at Sony since the hack."
Why would someone trust a company that had a service where EVERYONE but themselves KNEW it was hackable only to have it hacked, personal information possibly leaked along with credit card information and the consumer that trusted Sony ONLY hears about the possible theft of their personal information a WEEK AFTER it occurred?
OF COURSE people are going to turn their back on SONY. SONY really screwed up here thus consumer loyalty has gone down.
HHG is a straight up Delusional Loyalist towards Sony and is doing everything he can to protect the company that supports him. Even if it means putting on a Monkey suit and doing a song and dance trying to get the skeptical consumers back into believing in Sony. He is putting up a front and the other Sony Loyalists are eating it up.
Open your eyes. The severe backlash against Sony is Justified.
Are you that simple minded?
The term "everyone" is used to express "everyone" within the industry who have direct access to Sony's servers such as technicians who do general maintenance on it. Obviously the general public didn't know or else they wouldn't have trusted Sony's network in the first place.
Also just an FYI, I didn't put my credit card info on PSN because I didn't like the idea of an open network. I am glad I made that decision 4 years ago. So although the general public didn't know about Sony's lack of proper security on their network, there are some people who had an idea that because it's an open network it may not be as secure as a closed network. +1 for me considering the situation Sony is going through right now regarding their network and me knowing better than to trust Sony's decision to have an open network.
Try and keep up.
I actually watched the WHOLE video out of everyone bashing HHG here. I'll let all you guys know:
He talked about the sites that bash Sony for the PSN, and it angers him, just like many of us on N4G, how these sites kick you (Sony) when your down (no pun intended). I absolutely agree with everything HHG said on the video regarding that issue of the PSN some really ridiculous articles have been made just yesterday one about: "What to do with your USELESS PS3",which is REALLY ridiculous FACEPALM! What is happening to Sony can happen to ANYBODY...
Also I like being entertained by the rumors and inside info HHG has, I'm exited for E3 I really wanna see what Sony has up its sleeves. I sure do hope what HHG was talking about comes true because it sounds really good, and Sony will have the last laugh.
REGARDLESS.
Giving up on their gaming department and sticking to tv's, cameras, and media players. Their last laugh will be on you as they laugh all the way to the bank.
Basically, MGS 5 should focus on the next generation of people in the MGS universe and take the story from there on. I personally think that's the only path the series really has left to take if they want to continue it, unless they do some side story or something, but that is what the PSP/PSP 2 is for.
If they do that, *correctly*, then in my book, that seris has the potential to top Zelda: Ocarina of Time. It's going to be very fucking interesting to see what Kojima does with the MGS series from here on.
The words kojimas most ambitious project, along with the MGS insinuations are scaring me I think. I might have to take some time to gather my brain matter during E3.
Apparently hiphopgamer doesn't know that Kojima was on MICROSOFT'S STAGE last E3 AND the year before that in 2009.

BOOYAH!
reportedly, they are launching their next system with no harddrive.
That means that ONCE AGAIN, they are putting minimum focus on online downloads, online content, and thus, probably online features.
If true, then I can already say, I don't want it.
I agree with you in a sense , however i have my ps360 for all that stuff, i just want nintendo games in HD. For there own sakes though they need to luanch with atleast a 120GB HDD with the option to upgrade for "core" gamers should they run out of space. large HDD should be standard feature on all consoles by now, man.
The disagrees are a joke. I bet you 10grand that your consoles cant touch this old 4000 series build. Ill let your grandmom be the judge even she would be able to tell its no contest pc wins everytime.
