"PlayStation Home has undergone numerous, radical changes since it’s inception, and this latest update is proving to be no exception. What should Home users expect? Let’s take a look."
Looking forward to see what this brings
I'm stoked to see the Havok engine make an appearance in Home. THIS is the product we should have started with, but now I guess I can understand all the delays in the beginning, and why the initial betas seemed like they were never-ending. Yeah, this is certainly going to be interesting...
Home is boring a lot.. i spent like 4 hours on it today checking different places, there are really dumb ppl around there, lots of retards nerds... and when a girl arrives is pandemonium on Home, even worst than a T-Bone for a pack of hungry wolves.
What you're saying is Home is boring, yet you somehow spent 4 hours on it? That doesn't make any sense.
I think he's saying that he came to the conclusion that it is boring AFTER he spent the ~4 hours on it....i think. You know, just using some common sense logic here for this one....
I agree with him, after spending a few hours on Home, you decide that you're done being bored and nothing you've seen thus far is worth-while.
HOME is similar to msn messenger. it gives u the ability to chat with people as well as play a bunch of mini games. if HOME is boring, that just means ur just a boring person with no one to talk to. msn messenger can be boring if u got no friends u know... maybe its not HOME that's the issue, its 'you' that is the issue.
I can't say how "fun" Home is since I never used it, but the whole "when a girl arrives..." comment, that happens in any virtual space. It's not JUST happening in HOME.
home is really fun when you a friends in your list who meet at home like 4 or 5 people. i don't usually go into home alone. because it gets boring quickly and that is the idea of home get together with your friends and meet there. i am really excited about this update.
Please add video and music streaming from your HDD like you promised at launch and ill come back. Until then Home is a huge waste of time.
well, I suppose I'll give it another shot.
Cool update...Wonder how long it will take them to get some good stuff out using this.
I guess I'll re-download this thing to see all the new stuff, but I dunno if it'll be worth it or not. I've been trying Home on and off for ever since I was in the closed beta years ago, and it's been pretty lame ever since. If spending real-life money to buy fake stuff that you can't even really interact with (the only cool stuff I've purchased so far are the various interactive games like billiards, darts, checkers/chess, etc.) floats your style more, then I guess this is fun. Too many morons in Home and too few intelligent people to be found, so I gave up on meeting cool people on it. Hopefully this 1.5 update makes it fun again.
Can't wait to try it out.
