Why Handhelds Are Worth the Wait

BMC: The 3DS had an incredibly successful launch last month, selling over 500,000 units in the United States over its first five days. I’ve been tempted to pick one up, but better judgment tells me otherwise. The reason is simple: Nintendo has proven consistently over the last decade that it substantially improves upon its handhelds within a year and a half of their existence. (3DS)
