Polyphony have released a slew of patches since Gran Turismo 5 was released. Take a read of this review and see if the game has become what you always dreamed it would be.

a perfect ten? wehey! I guess GT5 has drastically changed since the last time I played it. I have to admit I was a little disappinted by the graphics and the lack of some anti-aliasing on shadows. Maybe I should give it another go though...
For me, I think the game could have done, as ridiculous as it sounds, with a delay until about now... simply because it's like a totally different game, it's not perfect, but it does so much more right now. That said, if it wasn't released, PD would probably have found more things to change and the game would never come out. I have no doubt Sony stepped in there to get the game on shelves and, really, it's given PD the chance to FOCUS rather than trying to add more and more.

He reviewed GT5 the way it was supposed to be. It should be reviewed as a Driving Simulator because that's the focus of GT. Name another game you can simulate the best in a living room. Not tennis, nor bowling, nor anything because the closest thing to Simulation on game consoles besides driving is Wii fit and things of such.
he said it have graphical problems and could be solved if the ps3 can handle gt5 but it can't so it's not the game fault , it's the console...
the AI is great in gt5 and you people don't understand it , they are trying to make the AI the most realistic , that's whythey made B-spec , imsure gt6 will make the AAI realistic , they have the idea but they just need more time , the AI in gt5 will have B-spec mode in it , he drive on his mode , each car will be different , it depends on the AI mode like he's mad-happy , he's pro and things like that , this what will happen in gt6 ..
B-spec is great, I made one driver which was kinda crappy. I leveled him up to level 12 and then made another new one which is a better driver than the first one. The first driver kinda got jealous and drive very aggressively and started driving better and won a lot of races.
It has and it will. People didn't even believe it at launch so we shouldn't even expect them to believe it this time around. The 10/10 is no lie. Unless, of course, you prefer anything Forza. Then, of course, 99% of the time, you hate GT5 for not being Xbox/AMERICA, FUCK YEAH!
I've got to get back to playing some GT5. The last thing I did was max out and tune my 71 Ford Mach 1 for drifting matches. Before you say anything, I know that its crazy to drift a muscle, but wheres the fun if there isn't a challenge.
I loved Gran Turismo's... But GT5 was disappointing to me, Yeah I got all the updates and they still didn't fix the main problems I have with the game. Don't get me wrong GT5 is a good game, It's just not a great game to me. The developers made to many bad decisions and we the gamers suffers for those choices.
