Examiner writes "Whatever happened to the time when games could get by simply on the merit of being fun? Maybe these days, with the economy how it is, games as a medium evolving, and the average age of gamers getting higher, we expect more. That said, it seems like a game can't come out these days without some sort of sweeping story, epic multiplayer and incredible AAA talent behind it. Plenty of games do come out without those things, but they're often swept under the rug. Just Cause 2 is a game that happens to have an (admittedly) bad story, no multiplayer, and yet remains one of the best games from 2010. Why? Because it focuses on pure freedom and fun."
