Smash Bros. Brawl Hands-on by IGN: "We've played it. We love it. We tell all."

IGN writes: "Without a doubt Smash Bros. Braw is the most anticipated of the hardcore Nintendo titles hitting Wii thus far. We saw it unveiled at E3, we've watched and waited as daily updates hit the Smash Bros. Dojo, and now we're finally back from our first hands-on with the game. Our analysis: Brawl owns our soul."

"The game is gorgeous, and hasn't lost a beat moving to the Wii. It's fully widescreen supported which definitely works to this game's advantage. It still runs at a silky smooth 60 frames per second, and all the characters look far more detailed than they did on the GameCube."

The story is too old to be commented.

I have loved Super Smash Brothers from the beginning and I can't wait to pick up this game. I'm kind of wondering who the Wii remote is going to work. I only see the guy pushing the direction pad and the two buttons on the bottom of the controller.

Man... does this game look like it will hurt your hand... Wii remote and comfort in your hand when turned sideways? None. Too bad we can't use the classic remote for this... or can we.

If you mean the classic controller, it's a yes. You can also use the Gamecube controller and the Wii remote coupled with the nunchuck.
