Seattle Circuit, Midfield Raceway, Las Vegas, and more classic GT series track logos are discovered on Polyphony Digital’s Gran Turismo 5 website.
My modded GTR 2 has 805 tracks compared to GT5's 71 tracks, PC is the best because it where the great games become even better with time.
Too little too late for me, in my opinion the game was a broken mess at launch, i know i'll get hate for saying this but so what, i gotta say the truth, i didn't even bother to finish it and just sold it by the time i got to endurance races, i know they fixed some things now but i can't believe they released it in the state they did. Was looking forward to it for years. Oh well better luck next time i suppose.
There's a track editor in GT5. You can literally make unlimited number of tracks. Your reasons for the lack of tracks is a lame excuse.
...basic parameters. Can you create real life tracks from scratch in GT5 like Spa, Silverstone or the newly made Yas Marina Circuit? The answer is No, but in PC Driving Simulators expert modders make an average of 2-3 tracks in meticulous detail every week and don't forget the cars, I have 13,000 of them, all with cockpits in my 90 Gigabyte GTR 2 installation. Accept that Gran Turismo 5 was a disappointment except for the 200 Premium cars and a handful of nicely detailed tracks and go get GTR 2 or rFactor and start downloading the thousands of modded cars and tracks to enjoy. http://www.nogripracing.com... http://www.rfactorcentral.c...
STFU you troll.
you're fuckin stubborn and you're a prick. go play gtr 2 on pc and leave us sad GT5 enthusiasts to play something you simply don't like. stop being a heartbroken little bitch tight wad asshole dipshit. and rFactor. god damn why the hell would you compare pc to a technologically inferior system. "oh oh in my 90 GIGAbyte GTR TWOO2 installation that i done did on my pc." why the hell would you spell out gigabyte. must you be so proper. I feed off disagrees! The 1 disagree I got. My brain grows over time off of disagrees just like a pc game is able to. deedeedur
p.s. i'm only half serious. why not vent on the people that think their opinion is "100% correct"? he hates the track editor which is called "course maker" and it's a shitload better than getting nothing. If it weren't for the course maker, I'd be a hell of a lot more angry that there aren't as many tracks as there should be. you see, his opinion was full of egotism. he concluded it was useless to everyone. he must be an extreme racer, racing on his computer and all. i mean i only race on my PS3. i suck. i can never be faster than that guy, ever! edit: after the Lord Almighty replied lmao i knew he was "The One" lol your comeback was funny as shit. i love it. how much money do you have? millions i bet. cuz you're rich and not everybody else is. lol i'm an idiot and don't mean to offend anyone but that douche.
If they get released as free dlc that would be great - I don't want to have to pay extra for them as I thought most of these tracks ( like my favorite el capitan) would have been in the game already at launch. Still, it's nice to know that they'll be playable - if they look as good as the Toscana track with it's time change effect that'd be awesome!
of course it'll be free. The creator said he needed 2 more years to fully complete GT5 so expect updates/patches to come, and no DLC for who knows how long. That's to say this is gonna happen and we're getting those tracks.
Cool , Polyphony digital really are the developers that keep on giving - it's great to see how each upgrade adds to the game. I wish other game developers would do that.
Hell, I would take Ice Arena, Gran Canyon and El Capitan and not blink... if we got all of those, that would be insane, especially if it comes with more A-Spec events. As someone on GTPlanet said... Spec II update? GT5P reached Spec III with its add ons!
