Scrawl: "Funimation, distributor of anime such as Dragon Ball Z and Fullmetal Alchemist, has licensed the rights to localize Tales of Vesperia: The First Strike in North America."
Oh God no.......
Pretty sure anyone who even remotely cared about the movie already watched it six months ago! with subs, me included.
I'm a MAJOR Vesperia fan, but I've been holding out for some dubs because I loved the English VAs so much. They were awesome and fit perfectly with their characters. If Funi can't get the cast back for this and instead attempt to redub it, I'll have to avoid this one too.
I watched it in subs. But I'll be sure to watch in again in the English dub. Now if only we could get more news on that already announced English dub of the Tales of the Abyss anime.
Wait. They announced a dub for the Abyss anime!? I thought it was just a localization of the manga.
Maybe there's a speck of hope for ToV ps3 to be localized. Come on Namco, take my money!
sorry but I doubt it.
It would be prett hard, the PS3 version has a lot of referces to several animes, so licence ing would be hell. then again the much smaller publisher NISA recently released a game with cameo characters from series like Durarara (US distripution rights owned by Namco Bandai) Toradora (US distripution rights owned by NISA) Baccano (US distripution rights owned by Funimation) Spice and Wolf (US distripution rights owned by Funimation) and about 12 others so who knows
Uh... nice, I guess. Now, how about that ocidental ps3 version, hmm?
Movie and Game on same disc? I already have Vesperia for the 360, but the extra content + movie would be enough for me to re-buy.
Movie is GREAT ...
I'm a bit skeptic about this movie. The Tales of Fastasia movie was pretty bad.
Nice, ive been wanting to watch this. :D
