El33tonline Review: Rango

There’s an age old law around these parts and it goes a little something like this: movie-game tie-ins tend to be dismal. The reason for this dismal performance lies in the motive for the game, the publishers are prospecting every last ounce of gold that they can from a movie’s hype and often with little care for the actual quality of the spin-off product being peddled. Luckily for us there’s a new law in town, the name’s Rango and he’s got his own approach to the law, which means that despite being pushed for simultaneous release with its movie counterpart, Rango (the Game) actually turns out to be quite an enjoyable and impressively made kid’s game!
