VGW's Jen Bosier: "The Dynasty Warriors franchise is the Japanese Madden — non-fans of the series rail against each new addition as being the exact same game with minor roster changes and shiny graphics, in an effort to dupe morons out of another $60 year after year; whereas fans will passionately defend the series in red-faced exasperation that the games are so obviously different (his shirt is BLUE this time!) and that anyone who cannot see the differences is mentally challenged and a hater. Phew."
Dynasty Warriors has been around for two decades and has more than enough games to prove it.
Neil writes: "This time last week we were sitting here waxing lyrical about the Xbox Live Deals With Gold sale and the fact that a number of Ubisoft titles were being treated to a stroke of the discount brush. Well, the Xbox Live Deals With Gold and Spotlight Sale for 13th-19th Feb 2018 is now with us and even more Xbox One and Xbox 360 games have been reduced in price - this time though we are also seeing a huge amount of 2K games being included. Want to check out the full list of bargains for the week ahead?"
The Dynasty Warriors series has turned 15 years-old. And Koei Tecmo is celebrating with the release of a special trailer.
Such a shame the series is so much worse now than it was back in its 4/5th iterations.
Smh
Thank you Tecmo Koei. I love Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors and Sengoku Basara.
I havent played a DW game since 2,3 and 4, so it will be really fun im sure.
I want American sportscasters like Gus Johnson to give me play-by-play commentary while I'm goin' ham in the next Dynasty Warriors.
I wish I was strong like that chick in the picture.
