EA's released a launch trailer for Battlefield Play4Free. The free-to-play title, which supports 32-player online battles, is released today.
I got in when they first sent out emails about it a couple weeks ago. Too bad it slows my computer to a crawl, so I can't do much with it.
You really need to upgrade your PC cause the system requirements are pretty low. @ nickjkl the only time i had lag was after an update but reseting my PC fixed that. No lag problems at all after that. if you do lag just exit and switch servers.
Dunno. I mean it never really booted the one time I tried it. I got in the game but then it froze.
the game was INCREDIBLY laggy and the controls didnt work to well i would stay with battlefield heroes
They fixed the problem with lag pretty much. Don't have any major problems or lag nowadays, but is was very bad 2+weeks ago. Controls are fine, I only changed some weapon-position buttons.
and I must say that it's pretty dam good for a FREE GAME. Fast paced action and solid game play...it's Battlefield what did you expect. I give it two thumbs up!! If you think the game is Laggy....your Internet sucks. The graphics are nice but not BC2 quality and the System requirements are very very low Someone mentioned the controls didn't work well....what a No0b troll...the controls are fully customizable plus they are the typical Battlefield controls so they are proven in COMBAT to be good. This ain't COD...it has BC style of game play so Game skill is needed.
