2010 was a bumper year for indie games. Here are five of the best according to PC World Australia. Four of them aren't even Minecraft.
Braid is the best indie game ever IMO truly a wonderous game, Atmosphere = Limbo Gameplay-wise = Supermeatboy and for sheer scope Minecraft
Am I missing something with Braid? Is there a certain point I have to get past before it becomes good? It was, to me, just an endless sea of irritating (not fun) mini-puzzles. I have however only played around in the first 3 worlds, so I can't judge the whole thing. What happens when you complete one of the jigsaws? I'm curious, I never managed it.
well the fact you never completed many of the puzzles says why you arent enjopying it its bends your mind like no other game I have played, the satisfaction I got from completing a hard puzzle in Braid was something i have experienced before in my 20 years of gaming that and the archaic styling of then graphics coupled with an amazing soundtrack and anambiguous and beautiful narrative made it an unforgettable experience for many people its the highest rated Indie ever for a reason
.... Amnesia? O.o
