Because people realized, in the same time you take to learn to play Simon Says you could learn to play a real instrument.

Why? Too many games in a short period of time. Shoulda done what Rock Band is doing and add to it every time. And not just songs, it's good to have songs, but paying $60 for new songs sucks.

Milked comes to mind, plus there is only so far you can go with the franchise, they should have just released tarck packs as DLC or at £20 on disc for about 40 - 60 songs
