GR - GTA 5 / GTA V / Grand Theft Auto V may be a year or two down the road, but that doesn't mean we can't speculate on the types of features we'd like to see in the game. Culled from countless suggestions are ten of the game's most wanted features.
RDR multiplayer got old REALLY fast, just like the GTA4 multiplayer. They should have made it more similar to Uncharted 2 MP, which at least had perks, and was generally more fun..
they should make the multiplayer as an MMO for players. Each player has his own actions leading to consequences on the world. GTA San Andreas kind of did this but that was a multiplayer MOD, rockstar has a lot of potential to do it right.
Vice city would be nice, but I would prefer San Andreas. I'm tired of GTA games being set only in a city, that's why SA was so good since you could go in the countryside as well. Plus vice city map was too small and not varied enough (beaches and palm trees everywhere)
i agree with the graphics! it needs an overhaul lol! i want the free roam to be better, the ability to a friend to play with friend on the same tv! like they did with GTA:SA that was awesome!
Sounds like GTA: San Andreas where you could do co-op of one guy driving the other shooting. I would say they can leave out the male on male, or female on female kissing/hugging during the game.
Better Graphics Better Car Controls Better Car Features trunk be able put guns or people there Be Able Kidnap powerful hold them for ransom Rob Banks Stores people Progression System increase abilities like driving, robbing, out lock perk for robbing like safe crack abilities Facebook/twitter support Online GANGS Online free roam 40 people Online real events All the GTA Cities an 2 new cites Chicago New Orleans Dallas etc 2-4 Coop Missions like robbing Drug dealing etc
Don't forget the tank(Rhino), no GTA game is complete without one, except GTA IV for some reason.
As for the customazation of a character they need to improve the load times from changing into another outfit, took to long in GTA:SA, and it still suffered in GTA:IV. Buying places sounds good just like GTA:VC where even a club could generate money for you, but they should make it where you have to visit so often and do a job here and there. Nothing to demanding, but it will show, when you go pick up your cash, is less and less everytime because you don't help out at the place.
I want to be able to turn the police off when not playing a mission. Be able to pickup girls on the street that are not hookers. Graphics that are equal or better than the GTAIV mods. Be able to go into more buildings etc.
GTA doesn't need better graphics, that would strain the DVD (textures etc) that it is limited to fit onto even more and they would have to sacrifice more gameplay, cars, voices, extras, scale etc.
A proper PC port would be great. I prefer PC gaming myself but GTA is one game I am happy to play on consoles (maby because all the PC ports of GTA games have been rather bad so I'm used to it)
Yeah, the tech behind the online in 4 was great but they limited the options, game types and environments far too much. Also, get that autoaim crap out of multiplayer entirely or at least have proper matchmaking etc.
Yeah, getting phonecalls from annoying AI characters got old fast.
That list missed a whole load of important things. Such as car mods, buyable properties & associated missions, more vehicle missions (like vigilante etc), better bike controls (they were bad in 4) + bycicles back and such. All stuff that 4 ditched but was in SA.
They need to bring back all the cool stuff from the old GTA's (jetpacks, planes, tanks etc) but also keep some of the realism they put into GTA IV (knockdown physics, drive physics etc). They also need to give us an interesting main character, Niko was boring as hell.
With so much effort being put into the story and gameplay mechanics, there’s little reason for the graphics to be left out. More than anything, the driving force behind the sudden popularity of Rockstar’s own upcoming game, “L.A. Noire” can be attributed to its realistic graphics. A GTA game could certainly benefit from having the same level of detail."
from what ive seen of la noire, gta5 will require more processing. gta is sandbox, realtime...etc. i had no complaint with gta4's graphics, i had a problem with how linearit was compared to it predecessors. if a bigger world, more interaction and more options to the player in gta5 means having the same or even not as good of graphics as gta4 im cool with that. im more interested in the gameplay, customization, story and overall options of gta5
Oh man, I hope they announce it soon.
I'd like better online gameplay.
Better driving controls and online game play.
I would love to see a remake of vice city. A new story line, a bigger city, but set in the 80"s
-All building should be useable
-destructible environments
-better vehicles.
