Dragon Age 2: Critical Miss?

BioWare is a developer on a roll, having worked on a few of the most acclaimed games of the past decade or so. Dragon Age: Origins won wide acclaim and several industry awards for its charming characters, strategic depth and breadth of experience. Considering how much most gamers considered Mass Effect 2 an improvement over its predecessor, IndustryGamers was surprised to find that the reviews for Dragon Age II have been on the whole lower than Dragon Age: Origins. (BioWare, Dragon Age 2, EA, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

Realistic observation of the whole situation. But I feel that something is missing...

What did you find "aweful" about it?

DA2 is very underrated...wish people would actually play a game before they start talking about it. This generation has no opinion, they just agree with whoever talks the loudest.

Why is it that anyone taking issue with this games' multitude of problems is attacked and questioned? Allow people to have their own opinions. Mine? While I don't believe the game is without merit...thanks to mods, it certainly doesn't hold a candle to DAO or any other Bioware game I've played. But there is no need to go into detail about it since it's been covered numerous times on BSN by numerous people. Further, I think the writer of this article read my mind.
