Shh Mom!: Luck As a Recurring Conflict in Mario Kart Wii

"I’ve always been a big fan of Mario Kart Wii since it launched in North America. In fact, waiting for the game was one of the hardest pre-release periods I’ve ever had to face. It felt like each day was dragging on and on, and the fact that Australia got it before we did didn’t make me any happier about the situation. I was so happy when I finally got it, though. Since that day many years ago, I’ve put in a lot of hours into the online experience, but nowadays, I’m more inclined to play Coin Runners or Balloon Battle instead of an online race. And you know, when I think about it, luck has a lot to do with it." -- Shh Mom! (Mario Kart Wii, Wii)
