IGN - Rewind Theater: taking a closer look at the latest footage from DICE's gorgeous shooter. Apparently DICE hates flower pots.
B3 is looking really good.... I would like to see more console footage though.
In my honest opinion, Battlefield 3 should have remained PC exclusive. Consoles killed battlefield for me. I loved battlefield 2 and 2142, but bad co. sucked hard because of consoles.
@jidery But Bad Company was made FOR consoles.... it was Dice's way into the console market which is why it wasn't the same as Battlefield.... that is why they made a point of calling it something different! Battlefield 3 is the sequel to Battlefield 2 and so is a return (but upgrade) to that style. The PC version is getting all the things like bigger player count while the console version is a bit more dumbed down. So really you have nothing to worry or complain about as all that is happening is that the company is making alot more money from doing consoles as well that ensures that they improve the game.... it's win/win!
cant wait... but the sniper is stupid... LOL "Shooting and Shooting screaming im heeeeeere"
He is a COD sniper trying to quickscope them
Being that he is so far away. He has to try and predict they're movements because of the bullet travel, its not an instant hit (just like real life buddy) This isn't your typical FPS game alot of elements comes into play bullet drop, wind and distance etc.
@DeadlySpartan yeah.. but what happen? he got pwnd. Sniper need a secure Shot. One Shot One Kill Thas what for the spotter In BadCo2 if i dont have a sure shot, i dont shot forgive my english
This game will be alot more realistic than your typical arcade FPS "Call Of Duty" DICE even went to freaking military camps just to improve the sound and other aspects of the game.
I can't wait for this game.
